I messed around with my dad's computer from work when I was 12, and when I was 14 I got the pieces together to build my own. I must confess that at that time my mum had told me to wait until my dad got back, when she got back after lunch I'd got it built up, powered on and was in the process of installing Windows 3.1 on it.
This interest has taken me from web design in 1997, to working in a computer shop, to IT Support in South Birmingham College where I received a promotion and pay increase for my work. I've since broadened my horizons further and decided to go into IT Consultancy full time.
I'm currently working with my first set of clients, so fairly soon there should be a portfolio on this site to show some of my work.
Aside from the technical, I love track days, snowboarding and swimming. I have a passion about pushing myself to achieve bigger and better things and I really enjoy establishing a relationship with people and working with them (hence the freelance approach).

Websites
Just because you're not a huge corporation doesn't mean the web can't work for you. Whatever you want to do with it, if it's possible, I can see what I can do for you. Many small businesses don't realise how accessible the power of the web is to them and what it can do for their business. If in doubt, ask me!
