Please watch out! There are unscrupulous companies selling higher rankings in search engines. They use knowledge of the way search engines rank pages for relevance and exploit that to gain inflated ratings. However search engines don't like being tricked, and the methods these companies use are noted and the sites that use these methods usually get blacklisted for sometime.
There was quite a famous case of this that appeared in the news when BMW fell foul of Google. BMW did have something to say in their defence, but Google weren't interested.

The really essential thing to keep in mind is just to be open, honest and work with search engines. Boost the popularity of your site by making it more desirable to people. Bigger sites with higher quality content will allow you to do just this.
